How will I receive the course I ordered?
You will access the material online using your userID and password. The material is delivered as a PDF that can be downloaded or printed by the student.

How often does BrokerCE report the course completions to the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending (SML)?
BrokerCE will report course completions once every week.

Once I have completed a course, how long will it take to receive my certificate of completion?
Exams are graded the same day they are received by BrokerCE. Once your exam has been graded with a passing score of 70% or higher, certificates are made available online within each student’s account and can be printed by the student after logging into your account with your userID and password.

What do I do if I need another copy of my certificate of completion?
Certificates are made available online within each student’s account and can be printed by the student after logging into your account with your userID and password. If you have trouble printing the certificate, you can call 877-488-9305 and we will fax or mail you a copy.

What is BrokerCE’s refund policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, call BrokerCE's Customer Service Department at 877-488-9305 or send email to support@brokerce.com for a product exchange or refund.

What are my payment options?
You may pay with check or credit card. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Checks can be paid either by mail, or by calling our Customer Call Center at 800-488-9305. Credit Card charges will list WebCE as the merchant on your statement.
